Addi's Angel Flights Book
Addi's Angel Flights tells the powerful, energetic and true life story about a 12 year old girl's joy of flying and the long list of friends who help her travel to access medical care at Boston Children's Hospital. Inspired by actual events in the author's life, this narrative will move you to help others. Told through the eyes of a young girl, the story chronicles a family's difficult yet joyful journey which is filled with smiles, cookies, "bumpies," airplanes, pilots and countless friends who lend a helping hand along the way. Overflowing with cheerful photos from Addi's trips, Addi's Angel Flights tells an amazing story in a gentle, fun and approachable way for young children and their families. Proceeds will go to Angel Flight NE so they may continue to provide free angel flights and ground transportation so children and adults can access life-saving medical care.
Addi wrote this book, with the support of her teachers and family, before her passing. Now, we share it with you in hopes that it inspires you to help others.
